Who we are

The company “GreenHill” is building a multifunctional residential complex distinguished by a modern layout, green environment, and a favorable location.

The residential complex is situated on an area of 33,500 sq.m and includes residential buildings, commercial spaces, sports and wellness zones, children’s parks, and recreational areas.

The construction process fully takes into account the city’s urban development principles, ensures ecological safety, and preserves the natural environment in its entirety.

The project is being implemented in stages: the first, second, and third phases have been completed.

Currently, the final, fourth phase of development is underway at GreenHill Residence. Within the project, two 16-story buildings are being constructed, with 80% of the apartments already sold.
