Interest-free Installment
The cost of an apartment in GreenHill Residence depends on the view and floor types, and the price changes at different stages of construction and during periodic promotions.
We offer various payment terms adapted to you.
The initial deposit is 20% of the price. The remaining amount is distributed without interest until the completion of construction.
Bank Mortgage Loan
In the case of a mortgage loan, the down payment is 20% of the full price. The loan can be taken from any of our partner banks - TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, ProCredit Bank, and Ish Bank.
