One of the main advantages of the “GreenHill” complex is its location, ecologically clean environment, which is provided by the Vere River and Tskneti air. The territory, due to its location, is naturally green and breezy. From the building, located in the green and cozy place of the capital, you can easily reach various important points.
In 200 meters from the GreenHill complex is a pedestrian bridge connecting Saburtalo and Tskneti highway. By the end of 2023, a car bridge will be built near the pedestrian bridge. It is connecting University Street to Tbilisi-Tskneti highway, which will contribute to the further development of infrastructure.
The Saburtalo-Bagebi cableway is already operational. Such simplified traffic between Saburtalo and Bagebi is makeing the “GreenHill” complex even more attractive for both commercial and residential use.
