Who we are

Greenhill is building a multifunctional complex that stands out by its layout, greenery, and location. Residential complex is built on a 33 500 sq.m. land plot and includes residential buildings, retail, sports and recreational, children's, and recreational areas.

During the construction, we consider the principles of urban development, and environmental safety.

The construction of the project is divided into several stages.

The first completed stage consists of four blocks. The plot for the second stage of construction is located 80 meters from the finished houses, so the construction process does not violate the comfort of the complex.

In 2022, the construction of a new stage will begin.

An 8-storey residential building on the complex territory with updated apartment layouts is under construction.

The construction of a new residential building will be completed in 2023.
